| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note that we supply only to the UK. We do not supply international orders at this time. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards and we are now able to process American Express payments. All prices are shown in GBP£ and all transactions will take place in GBP£. All prices shown include UK V.A.T From time to time Free Gifts are offered via promotional email to subscribers (to our online newsletter). These are limited to one per person. If items are returned making the balance of the order below the minimum spend level for the Free Gift, the Gift must be returned unopened. If the gift is not returned, the stated value of the gift will be deducted from any refund due. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation that your order has been processed and dispatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason or there has been an error on the website. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We are not currently able to ship to destinations outside of the UK, except BFPO addresses. Delivery: We will send an dispatch confirmation email containing information about how your parcel was sent, and when to expect it, just as soon as your order has been picked & packed. Orders will be dispatched via trackable courier. BFPO orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Where customers give incorrect address details such as an incorrect postcode, which results in a delivery failure, a charge of £5 will be applied. In this case we contact you to process this additional fee. If parcels are returned to us following failure to deliver, the cost of the delivery and return will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. The same parcel will not be resent but goods will need to be re-ordered. Online tracking is available for all orders. You will need to obtain a reference number from us to track your delivery online. Please email your request, quoting your order number to info@artymiss.co.uk. Note: Not all orders will have tracking available. Items sent via Royal Mail are not trackable. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to offer a fast service and efficient service. We would expect to be able to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days and usually much sooner. During busy seasonal periods, extraordinary delays may occur. If this is the case, we will make such delays clear within this site. |
| Back Orders It is possible that an item may be 'over ordered' during busy periods. If this is the case we will hold the item on backorder. |
| Tax Charges VAT of 17.5% is included on all orders without exception. A VAT invoice will be included with all orders. |
| Credit Card Security When checkout is completed, you will be directed to the Protx website for secure payment processing. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You will receive a confirmation that your payment has been processed. Please be aware that at no point is ArtyMiss passed any details regarding your credit card. We are also able to process your card payment offline. Please note that this is essentially a back up procedure and online payment is the preferred method. If you would like to pay for your order via cheque or postal orders, please complete checkout, but opt out of the online payment process. You will then need to contact us at orders@artymiss.co.uk for further instructions. |
| Guarantee All products supplied are new unless stated. As such, we can offer any warranty as given by the manufacturer. Please inform us of any faulty or damaged item within a reasonable period of time. We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or mis-use. |

In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. | Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy: PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER. This can be obtained by emailing orders@artymiss.co.uk. Items which arrive damaged or faulty must be notified by email to orders@artymiss.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded as required. If you have changed your mind about the items you have ordered, or if you have ordered the wrong goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the original order. We recommend you use Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery for items valued over £28. Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened. You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us. We recommend you use Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery for items valued over £28. Any substitute goods should be ordered through the website as a new order in the usual way as we do not offer an exchange service. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. The packaging in which the order was supplied is not always suitable for reuse. If any returns received by us are not in a re-saleable condition, we may only offer a credit of 50% of the retail value of the goods to be given against a future order with us. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds for returned items will be made through Protx to the credit/debit card on which the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
