1. A Free A4 Clear Craft Storage box will be provided with orders containing £30 or more of qualifying items.

2. Certain items are excluded from this offer and the are identified as such in the product description i.e. * Item excluded from the Free Storage Box Offer.

3. Why do we exclude items? For reasons such as the product is already heavily discounted, or that shipping would become impractical.

4. If, for some reason, the A4 size box is not available, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative size box, or an alternative product of equal value, without notification.

5. If you are returning items which are not faulty, and this brings your order total to less than £30, you would need to return any Free Box provided in an unused condition, else the refund will be processed less the value of the box.
