Trackable Courier Delivery

Orders are shipped via trackable courier for Mainland UK. This service is FREE for orders over £60. For orders under £60 the charge is £3.95.

Should you be out at the time of the delivery, you will be left a card from the courier so that you can contact them to arrange re-delivery. Parcels will be held for a period of one week from the first delivery attempt. After this the package will be returned to ArtyMiss. In the case of a failed delivery, a £5 charge will be made.

Orders to the Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland & BFPO addresses will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcel service. Please note that this service is not trackable.

Please note that some items are indicated as being a 'delayed dispatch' item. An estimated dispatch time for these items is indicated in the description of the item.

You can request that any delayed dispatch items be sent on when ready, rather than holding up your entire order. We will then dispatch these items via Royal Mail.
